Batiks

Today I've been playing around with a Bali pop that I have had laying around for a few months.
With lots of cutting and re-arranging I've finally settled on this colour lay out.
Unfortunately due to the lovely over cast day that we are having you can't see the true beauty of the colours that I have used.
I will up date the photos as soon as we get some sunshine.
The pattern "Starlight Express" has come from this book.
All that is required is one Bali Pop and 3 meters of back ground fabric.
I should end up with a 76 x 76 Inch quilt.
