A little update!

I'm generally not a knitter! I normally leave that up to Mum. But; after poking around Lincraft and coming across some wool that I just adored and to top it off I could knit a Cardigan for under $20 I thought what the hell. Lets give it a go.
So far I have the back and left front knitted.
Mummmm......I've made a mistake on the left front it's shorter than the back.
I know she'll help me get it sorted.

I've also been working on my Matilda Station which I've decided to rename to Perry's Place
One of my finishes, though only small is the completion of this panel. I've had this in my stash for a while. I can now say that it's complete.

Here is the back in an Aeroplane Flannel

Nice and snug for a little baby boy.
Oh! We also had Mothers Day on Sunday. I do love to be spoilt.
I received the inspirational wall hanging and Scan Pan Knife from my Eldest Son.
A beautifully scented candle from his Girlfriend.
Flowers and $100 to go towards getting my quilt quilted.
A lovely home cooked meal by my daughter.
A DVD Les Miserable from my youngest Son.
So after spending the entire morning in tears....from watching the movie Les Miserable, over all I had a fabulous day. I hope your Mothers Day was as special as mine.
